Geelong’s large-scale civil contractors, BIS Plumbing & Civil recently worked on a gas main installation in Bannockburn, subcontracting to our friends at Drapers. We installed approximately 10 km of 63mm HDPE gas mains to connect local residents to natural gas.
This installation required road crossings and bores and involved the BIS Plumbing & Civil team working in the road reserve around existing infrastructure. By working collaboratively and ensuring best practice was followed the whole way through, this project was a great success for the team.
We were glad to be able to deliver an efficient and economical energy source to the local residents!
